Bec is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT200) who has undertaking numerous trainings, deeper study and mentoring programmes with internationally renowned teachers such as Louisa Sear (Yoga Arts), Max Strom (A life Worth Breathing), Judith Hanson Lasater (Restorative Yoga) and Nadia Narain (Post-Natal Training). These have informed her practice and the evolution of her teaching. Bec’s additional study of biomedicine, in depth anatomy, endocrine and nervous system health have led her to a special interest in the bodies responses to stress. Bec’s classes offer practical tools to buffer the effects of high-paced, plugged-in, modern life. Bec teaches intuitive classes include breathe led-movement, breath work, visualisation, deep rest - all with the goal of limiting the negative effect of stress. Bec’s classes can be tailored to workplace settings, and are suited to companies with a interest in boosting staff’s emotional wellbeing.

Bec’s classes may not follow traditional yoga form, they draw from different schools, techniques and practices and bring in knowledge from all modalities - let go of expectations and enjoy the experience.
