HOW I WORK

Having personally experienced managing daily stress in a fast paced industry, Bec has a special interest in evidence based practices that help buffer and build resilience.

Bec’s work is a culmination of training in nutrition and functional medicine, yoga and mindfulness practices, breath work and biomedicine. Bec trained in EFT (tapping) as a way to further explore the energetic dynamic of stress and anxiety and to add this amazing approach to her toolkit. All of these modalities have informed the evolution of her practice, corporate and clinic work. As a passionate communicator Bec’s main aim to share insight into the stress response and what can be done to help buffer it.

Bec’s talks, workshops and classes offer practical tools to buffer the effects of high-paced, plugged-in, modern life.
